Shipping

Due to the holidays, much of the country is experiencing significant shipping delays at the moment—and along with that, package tracking is not updating on a timely basis with many, if not most of our primary carriers. Once your order ships, please allow a few extra days for order tracking information to update. Thank you so much for your patience; we’re so appreciative.

You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to ship. If 5 business days have passed please contact us at orders@nycecoprints.com.

Returns

Each of our orders are custom made for you. We have an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. If there is an issue with your size or the garment, notify us and we'll be happy to replace your item. Please contact us within 14 days or your delivered item to initiate your exchange.
